Carriers and tracking
We ship with Canada Post and Canadian consolidators. Most orders include tracking, emailed to you when the label is created. Small, flat orders may be sent by untracked Lettermail; where this applies it is noted at checkout. Our Refund Policy sets out what happens if an untracked parcel does not arrive.
United States: duties and import taxes
Address accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter. Contact us immediately if you spot an error. We can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after a label is created.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier. Our remedies for lost parcels are set out in the Refund Policy.
