Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province, territory, or state, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products, pricing, and currency

Prices are set in Canadian dollars and displayed in your local currency where available. The currency and amount charged are shown at checkout. We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours and dimensions shown on screen are approximate.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per customer or per item, including where an item is mispriced or out of stock, or where we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are our best current information. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Safety

Fusing beads requires a hot iron or heat tool and produces heated plastic. Use in a ventilated area, follow the appliance manufacturer's instructions, and never leave a heated appliance unattended. You are responsible for the safe use of our products.

Trademarks and compatibility

Perler®, Hama®, Artkal® and other brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. MINIMOSAIC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Where we describe our products as compatible with beads or boards of another brand, that is our own assessment of physical fit, offered as guidance only and not as a guarantee of exact colour match or equivalence.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, photographs, colour charts, patterns, and design, is owned by MINIMOSAIC or its licensors. You may use our patterns and charts for personal, non-commercial crafting. You may not copy, republish, or resell our content, images, or charts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to scrape or copy it systematically, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access.

Third-party services

The site runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment, shipping, customs, and analytics providers. Their own terms govern their services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your own jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
